Transportation company Arriva aims to make travel easier. With OVpay, passengers can now check in and out using their debit card, credit card, or mobile phone. No more hassle with the OV-chipkaart! Our challenge was to create a campaign that encourages passengers to use OVpay.

Strategy

We focused on promoting OVpay as the most convenient and modern way to travel. By highlighting its ease of use, we aimed to make the transition to OVpay appealing for all travelers.

Creation

We started by developing a clear message and the brand story. The campaign needed to be as accessible and logical as OVpay itself. We decided to compare the payment process at Arriva with other common payment moments: ” Tap in and out with your debit card, credit card, or phone. Just as simple.”

Production

This message was incorporated into posters for bus stops and other communications, both online and offline. The extensive outdoor advertising campaign was supported by a social media campaign crafted by our online specialists. Impossible to miss.

Marketing

The campaign is everywhere, ensuring that no traveler can overlook the call to action. Arriva is so pleased with the results that they already have plans for a follow-up campaign.
