Standing out in the healthcare sector is an art in itself. After the campaign where Emergency Department team members conquered an obstacle course together, we were asked to create another recruitment campaign – one just as urgent as working in the ER itself. Every second counts in the Emergency Department, where a team of professionals delivers peak performance day in and day out. Our challenge? Capturing that intense energy, undeniable urgency, and essential teamwork in a recruitment campaign. We developed a strategy that portrays the Emergency Department as an elite unit, one you want to be part of. A place where skills are pushed to the limit, urgency is the norm, and collaboration is the key to success. Do you know what else requires speed and precision? A Formula 1 pit stop. And that’s the exact vibe we wanted to capture in this campaign, because their work is just as much a race against the clock. Dynamics, speed, teamwork – these are all part of their daily reality. And that’s exactly what we aimed to show, as though it were an electrifying pit stop where every movement counts. The shoot day at Circuit Zolder in Belgium was unforgettable and definitely one of the coolest we’ve ever experienced. With the heroes of the Emergency Department in full action, we captured every second: Wouter Roosenboom with impressive action shots, and the team from Upendi Film & Motion Graphics filming everything. Interviews, behind-the-scenes moments, and the campaign video all captured the essence of the dynamics and teamwork that define working in acute care. The Emergency Department at MUMC+ quickly raced into the spotlight with this campaign. When it went live, featuring a sleek landing page and a targeted social media blitz, the Emergency Department at Maastricht UMC+ became the talk of the town and even Campaign of the Week on the leading recruitment site Werf&. The result? Exactly what we aimed for: well-deserved attention for an incredible team and their job openings.
