Henriette is the indispensable backbone of Morres & Company as our Office Manager. She has been with the agency since 2012, first at Rekers en Van Noppen, and later at Morres after the acquisition. Henriette ensures that everything in our offices runs smoothly—from HR matters like onboarding and offboarding to accounts payable and receivable and organizing quarterly meetings, team events, and holiday gifts.

She loves working with people and is always ready to lend a listening ear to her colleagues. With her service-oriented mindset, flexibility, and talent for handling urgent matters efficiently, she keeps everything running seamlessly. She thrives on working efficiently while maintaining a positive atmosphere. Whether it’s sending out the internal newsletter, organizing an event, or keeping things under control in the daily hustle and bustle, Henriette gets it done. And of course, always with an unshakably good mood.
